Telecom Professional

Imax Networks is a dynamic next Gen Telco with the mission of providing voice and other Internet Services To, From, In and Between Emerging Markets Worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled telecom professional with extensive technical and software development experience in the TDM, VoIP and Value Added Services space. The individual will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications and infrastructure for the company's voice solutions.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Define, develop and integrate voice billing application
• Define, develop and integrate VoIP value added services technology
• Define call flows between architectural components
• Define new voice products and services
• Support applications testing
• Identify and assess product/service solutions
• Definition and documentation the total solution architecture

Job Requirements include:

• Hands-on Experience on Nokia DX 220, Digitalk and NexGe.
• Related field or equivalent experience required with a minimum of five years of VoIP software development experience
• Extensive experience with VoIP and Value Added Services (pre/post paid services, Class 5 features, IP Centrex, Voicemail, Unified Messaging, Email, etc.)
• Extensive experience with SIP, MGCP, H323.
• Experience programming IVR Server using either VoiceXML or MSCML (Media Server Control Markup language)
• Familiarity of softswitch, media gateway, border session controller, media server, POP/IMAP/SMTP, LDAP, SNMP and IVR technology
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent project management skills and great attention to detail
• Strong architectural, analytic and strategic thinking skills
